CE classes provide a great source of information and are designed to give practical knowledge that can be used to help shape your customer’s collision repair expectations. With all the modern vehicle technology, including ADAS, agents need to stay in the know on repair and safety advancements. When insurance agents participate in continuing education courses, it also makes a difference for their relationship with the consumer. With more knowledge regarding necessary repairs, agents are able to confidently refer their customers to a body shop. These continuing education classes are a great way for agents to interact with our staff and other agents, all while learning more about the important elements of the repair process and earning CE credits.
